‘flowers & bike’…a nicely decorated bike for bike to work day this last Friday. Happy biking all month! bb >*<
‘Sentinel & Museum’..taken on the last cold day of the old year. The Whatcom Museum of History & Art building was erected in 1892 and designed in the late Victorian style by Alfred Lee, a local architect who utilized red brick & Chukanut Sandstone. The design itself was modeled almost exactly like the second Saginaw County Courthouse in Saginaw, Michigan, which was destroyed in 1971. Thanks for droppin’ by today and best to all for 2015! bb >*<
‘night trek’in’…heading up to the co-op friday night, spied this great photo op.. ..wet concrete for good night shadows! …across from Avalon Records. Total thanks for ridin’ on in today! bb >*< (click pics for larger view)
Amoureuse de Paris, j'aime aussi l'architecture, les ruines et leurs histoires, l' exploration urbaine (Urbex), les courses de chevaux, la ville, la campagne et la nature, et ... je suis très curieuse

SosinT is a community-led initiative which is working towards the creation of an Energy Descent Action Plan for the town. The thinking behind TTW is simply that a town using much less energy and resources than we presently consume could, if properly planned for and designed, be more resilient, more abundant and more pleasurable than the present.
